The Pole Vault

One of the most exciting events in Track and Field is the Pole Vault, where the bar keeps being raised higher and higher as the vaulter strives with all his might to jump higher and higher

.Today Jesus is making expectation higher and higher.

The old Mosaic law said "an eye for a tooth!"Not Jesus. He demands supreme acts of love.

So long as we can at least pray for our eneies, we are appraching his standards.

We live in a poisoned political atmosphere where we are expected to HATE those who differ from our policical rivals.

This is a toxic atmospher that pleases only Satan who is the Father of all Lies!"
