The Mob Scene

 

Familiar? Today Jesus is flattered by his crowd, but when he begins to tell “a different tale” which seems to indicate strangers can often dhow more gratitude than the “chosen people.” The mood of his listeners shifts. This is news they cannot bear to stand and they turn into a mob bent on destroying him.

that is what happened on the notorious Jan. 6. The mob egged on by the President would not hear of the election of another president. They chose a lie over the truth.

Scripture tells us that Satan  is the “Father of all lies.”

In my newest book. I tell one story of a misunderstanding which has the power to lead people in the wrong way. It is not a lie that deceives. In this story it is a misunderstanding which can be almost as dangerous as a lie.
