“Remember you are dirt!”

 

On Ash Wednesday we were reminded of our mortality and yet holy dirt can be a source of fertility. So Lent provides an opportunity to plant fertile seeds in this holy dirt.

Lent need not be a barren time but rather a season of fertile growth.

This Lent Of 2022 is a unique time to plant Seeds of:

compassion for refugees,

increased almsgiving to aid their plight,

a growth in compassion, forgiveness, fortitude, and hope.
