Resurrection: Jesus Only Statement!

Yes!

Search all four Gospels and his statement today is his only one about resurrection. He didn't talk about it. He just did it! And today he responds to the clever and tricky Sadduces, more his critics than the Pharisees were.

November is the special month where we remember our beloved dead. It is an in between time,a season shifting time, when nature apparently begins to die. Leaves flash out in vibrant colors before they give up and flutter to the ground..

It is a consoling that Catholics are never forgotten, for at every Eucharist we remember them as our beloved "faithful departed." 

And so we pray:

Eternal rest grant unto them.

O Lord.

May these souls................

and all the faithful departed,

rest in peace!
