Epiphany

Epiphany is a bright revelation.

In cartoons they often show a light bulb illuminated over someone's head.

Thus the Magi received an Epiphany at the crib, as did Mary and Joseph.This holiday season a kind of epiphany occurred in a COMMERCIAL!

IT FEATURED THE BEATLES SINGING "LET UT BE"  AS A FAREWELL TO THE VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE!

"When I find myself in trouble, Mother Mary comes to me,Speaking words of wisdom: let it be.

Ad in my hour of darkness.

She is standing right in front of me,

speaking words of wisdom: Let it be!

True enough...at the crib, Mary spoke:

Let it be!"

She experoenced an epiphany,

"and pondered all these things in her heart!"

And so we pray:

Let this New Year be one

of enlightenment.
