I have been keeping vigil with my classmate Bishop Anthony Milone.

As Bishop of Great Falls, MT, Bishop Anthony was shepherd to a vast area
including Indian reservations where he was welcomed and honored.

Jesus often used images from nature....
the vine today, but also the seed scattered, the lamb, baptism in the Jordan.
These are all images of fertility.

Whenever I see a frolicking lamb, I resolve-never to eat a lamb chop!

Lambs are innocent and that is why we acclaim Jesus as Lamb of God.
